Message: I only trust Dave with my repairs. He's honest and will not put junk on your car. I'm always impressed when a mechanic uses the right tools on a job! Even if it's putting lug nuts back on your vehicle. They use a torque wrench to set the manufactures exact specifications and not just blast them on with an impact wrench. A+ work in my book!

Message: Car was taken there after a deer accident. Very nice couple of fella's were at the counter, they were very friendly and helpful. Offered use of their tools if we needed them to get plates off etc. Car was intact with all my belongings inside untouched. (Doors could not be locked. ) Good experience for an unfortunate situation.

Message: Had a brake issue on our big camper on the Ohio Turnpike. The tow truck driver recommended this place, and they said they could get us in the very next day. They diagnosed it, got the parts, and got us back on the road the next day. They gave us a safe place to park the camper, and allowed us to stay in it overnight. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service in the area!

Message: Very professional and honest. I sent an email to them regarding locked, rusted breaks on a car I sold.. Called me first thing the following morning! Explained my problem and quickly offered me a DIY solution. He could have easily charged me a $100 visit to fix it for me but told me to try fixing it myself first. I tried his solution and it worked perfectly! He definitely proved to me they are not out to make a quick dollar.. Message: I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop! On Sunday, I was driving on the Ohio Turnpike while moving from Indiana to the East Coast, when my car started smoking from an oil leak. I had it towed to Vaughn's, as it was recommended by the tow company. I couldn't be happier with my experience! They got to work on my car first thing Monday morning and had me back on the road by that afternoon! The shop owner was in touch with me throughout the entire process via his personal cell phone. They identified a ruptured oil line and had the part brought in and installed in a matter of hours.. all for a very reasonable price. Additionally, Dave had the car delivered back to my hotel so that I could get on the road as soon as possible. Dave called me several hours later to make sure I had returned home safe. They treated me like they knew me personally, even though they knew I was out of state and out of options, and will likely never be a repeat customer due to my location. It's nice to know that there are mechanics out there who genuinely want to do the best work possible; even for people passing through town.
