Message: Live in CLE area. Vehicle died on I77. Had it towed here. I was a bit up a creek. Dan bailed me out with a lot of hard work finding a better deal on parts, great service and affordable work. These are the kind of businesses that make the world a little better place.

I pulled in to Ross auto repair and although they were swamped busy he took time out looked at it and realize it was an easy fix, drove to the part store got the part for me and got me out of there no time at all.
