Message: My daughters passenger door would not close tight and was rubbing at the top. Stopped in to see if they could take a quick look at it and within 10 minutes they had the door fixed. I asked them how much I owed and they told me nothing. Not the first time I have dealt with Payne Auto Body, and they have always have been professional and provided great service. Thank you.

Message: First they do a really good job on painting and body work. I had a door that need repaired. I was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get door. Told them to order it and asked if I needed to put money on it. Was told no. Husband schedule appointment to get it fix. After a day there. We were told there was a wait to get the. part for door. Now I could drive the car the way it was.. Now why would you start to take my car apart if you did not have the part to fix it. They finally got what they need to fix car. There a lot more to story but I just telling what really bug me. When this first start we were told car would be there maybe three day with the. weekend it was six and a half day. Now if we knew they were having trouble getting part, we would of reschedule to get car fixed.
