Message: Wonderful customer service and dealership! I was blessed to find the car I wanted in spring of 2016 here, drove it until someone hit me and totaled it in 2019. I immediately called 1st Class and they were able to get my new car and have it ready before my claims process from my insurance was complete! They have went above and beyond both times I’ve purchased from them. Something most used car dealerships will not do. They are straight forward, hassle free and most of all affordable! There was no beating around the bush, they simply explain all the details to you, talk to you about the repairs and let you decide, no pressure or lies. I highly recommend Alina and the entire staff at 1st Class Imports. Their customer service and attention to detail made the car search and buying process easy and hassle free both times. We will be back in the future!

Message: If I could give 1st Class Imports 10 stars, I would. This was the best vehicle buying experience, we’ve ever had. We have always bought new from the same Dodge/Jeep dealership in PA. I have always wanted a Tahoe but couldn’t find one that was affordable with decent mileage. I found the exact Tahoe I was looking for at 1st Class Imports. It was $10k less than comparables. We knew the vehicle had a rebuilt title and when we came to pick it up, it looked perfect. Daniel let us know the exact damage and what was repaired. It was like nothing had ever been fixed. We had an enhanced safety inspection done in PA (as required by our state to register the vehicle) and the mechanic said the body shop did a fantastic job. Alina was beyond awesome and we couldn’t be more thankful for her knowledge and help with the financial side. She went above and beyond to make this a great buying experience. They are very open about the work done to the car and go above beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Message: AWESOME PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! I had been looking for a Chrysler van for about a month's time when I came upon 1st Class Imports. They have real nice vehicles at low prices compared to other places I visited, such as huge dealerships & smaller dealerships, as well as mom & pop places. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle, YOU MUST CHECK THIS PLACE OUT.. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! They are like their name states.. FIRST CLASS!

Message: Bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey from 1st Class. I couldn't be happier. This was by far the best automobile buying experience I have ever had. Unlike every other dealer I have dealt with, Daniel just gave us the facts with no pressure, explained their inventory and selling philosophy and gave us time to decide. We drove from Columbus to Cleveland to look at the vehicles, drove two different vans and decided on one. There was no trotting off to see the Sales Manager and leaving us sit--just direct answers and advice. I appreciate that they valued my time, didn't try to "sell" us and were efficient and helpful. It took 10 minutes to write up the paperwork and 10 minutes to sign the papers. I am extremely happy we found 1st Class Imports and I highly recommend them.

Message: After 3 months of ownership I could not be happier. Yes, the 2013 Acura TL I purchased from them was a salvage title. This was clearly communicated to me at the very outset. I saw the listing and called them and put a deposit down after chatting with them for about 20 min about the car. 5 days later I flew to Cleveland and they were kind enough to pick me up from the airport and drive me the 5 minutes to the Body shop. They let me take the car for a test drive and I purchased the car. They knew I was going to drive through Canada back to Denver and made sure the car was tip top. The vehicle has been flawless since I purchased it. All said and done, this shop has been true to its word at every step of the process and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

Message: Was uncertain at first about this place, but Dan treated my wife and I with respect and was very transparent. This place takes cars that have been salvaged by insurance companies (even though they had minor damage) and repairs them themselves and then sells them at a big discount. They do not hide this.. all information about the vehicle is listed on their website, including what kind of accident it was in. It's usually a minor accident. We looked the vehicle over thoroughly before our purchase, saw the repair work, drove it and ended up buying a fantastic mini-van with very low miles for $7, 000 less than market value. I will use them again and recommend them as a great way to pay less for a well equipped, low mileage used vehicle.
