Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Message: I was told the location I went to always had nice cars and the one your ordered. So I was happy to drive 20 minutes away to this Enterprise instead of a closer one to me. When I got there they only had 2 SUV'S available, when I ordered a sports car. I made this reservation at least a month ago if not more. Let's just say it actually ruined a night that my Son and I had been waiting for, for 3 years. It really did. I'm not sure if there is an Enterprise anywhere that is worth going to. The one in Utah screwed up too but at least they made it right for my Parents. Thank you Enterprise for messing up a night that was suppose to be special.

Message: 5 starts purley for the gentalmen that runs the whole place. He took 10 phone calls cleaned 2 cars and was checking everyone out by himself. Treat your employees better and higher more people he should never have to do all this on his own hes human.

Message: Big Appreciation to Branch Manager Mike Harrington, he always make sure every customer is completely satisfied with their Entire Enterprise Experience.. This Amherst, Ohio location always asks each customer were they satisfied with the service and the vehicle.

Message: I wish I remembered the name of the man who assisted me with my rental. May 20th, 23 I went in to get a rental I reserved online. Initially, the gentleman wasn’t familiar with the active duty military policies but that is ok he figured out very quickly how to tend to my reservation and more than made up for the small time spent confused. His continued customer service was excellent and even got me into an upgrade for no additional charge. He also was present during my return, took care of my cab fare and even found my favorite sunglasses I missed when clearing out the car. He was very nice and easy to work with.

Message: This was my third time renting through Enterprise and it was flawless as usual, I will continue to use them. Customer service at the Amherst, Ohio location is honestly the best. The person who has been helping me at the front counter the last two experiences has been so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Every time I pick up or drop off, he answers all my questions and goes through information with ease.

Message: This review is pertaining to the Amherst, Ohio location off of Leavitt Rd. Awesome staff. Outstanding service. They are respectful, courteous, helpful and patient. I am a disabled military veteran and every time I rent a vehicle from this Enterprise location they make the process smooth, address any concerns I might have and assist me in any way possible to make the process a great experience as a client.. 100% consider this location if in the area and in need of a rental!
