They told me it would be no problem and they’d work it in that afternoon. What quality customer service and peace of mind that gave me. When my daughter got to Ohio State that next day she said her car never sounded or ran better.

After hearing my situation, she interactively recommended options, listening for my responses. Again, I was nicely treated as a human being with solvable needs. Finally, I selected 4 new tires, and she arranged for mounting. Great tires, great workmanship, great service. A satisfying experience. I’ll go back and tell others.

They thoroughly explained what benefits you would get from different priced tires. Their road hazard protection completely covers a tire instead of just prorating the miles. Also a very impressive, clean lobby and waiting area. I think I found a tire home!

They are so kind, and will give you constant updates if you are waiting there for your service to be completed. Their waiting room offers a multitude of snacks, including specialty coffee and tea, water bottles, all different kinds of chips, fruit snacks, granola bars, ect. They also have phone charging stations and a big comfy couch, as well as plenty of other seating. The best part was the smiles on the front desk workers and the kindness they show their customers. I will definitely go back here for all of my vehicle's needs, and highly recommend you do as well!
